We stayed here for 2 nights and would stay here again. The whole place was fairly clean and the bedroom was separate. We used wake-up service when needed, and thoroughly enjoyed 1 double bed. It was great in the middle of the city.

Our stay at the property was great value for the money. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for a group of friends or couples. The location was centrally located and just a short walk into town. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed.
The breakfast menu could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

our stay at warwick street professional lets was even better than our previous stay in newcastle upon tyne! the size of the house was perfect for our group of friends. the communal space was spacious and comfortable, and we especially appreciated the two showers. the free parking and central location were also a great perk.
One small downside was that the oven was a bit old and took a while to cook our food.

I really enjoyed the charming decor of the hotel, especially in the common areas. The cozy lounge with its comfortable sofas and beautiful artwork made me feel right at home. The hotel was also very accessible for senior people like myself, with well-lit hallways and easy-to-navigate spaces.
I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff during my stay. It would have been nice to have someone readily available to help with any questions or concerns that arose.

Free parking is available, with a safer spot behind the property.

The towels provided at the apartment were so soft and fluffy, it felt like wrapping myself in a cloud. Absolutely loved them!
The lack of Wi-Fi was just fantastic. Who needs internet in this day and age anyway?

The hotel's decoration was charming and had a cozy feel, which made it especially welcoming for senior people like myself. The general areas of the hotel, such as the garden and terrace, were well-maintained and provided a lovely space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility features, such as ramps and handrails, were greatly appreciated and made it easy for me to navigate the property.
I would have loved to see more assistance from the children working there in terms of providing activities or recommendations specifically tailored for senior guests.

Great size for a group of friends / couples. Most bedrooms good size, one very small with no window. Free parking, a friendly neighbour advised us that behind the property is safer from fast cars passing.
The smoke detector beeped the whole time we were there and the host couldn't resolve the issue. the kitchen had very minimal utensils and lacked basic items like chopping boards.
